These Terms of Use govern your access to flipwithaj.com (the "Site"), operated by FlipWithAJ Real Estate Group LLC ("FlipWithAJ"), founded and led by AJ Gunasena. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
No commitment to lend
The Site describes loan programs for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is a loan commitment, a pre-approval, an offer to lend, or a guarantee of any rate, leverage, or terms. All financing is subject to full underwriting, due diligence, documentation, and approval, and programs, rates, and terms may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Business-purpose lending only
FlipWithAJ provides financing for business and investment purposes secured by non-owner-occupied real estate. We do not offer consumer loans or financing for owner-occupied residences. Loan availability varies by state and by transaction, and nothing on the Site is an offer to lend in any jurisdiction where we are not authorized to do so.
